Athlete criteria

The camp is designed for Juvenile and Jr. athletes age 14+ (14 as of December 31, 2015). This is going to be a volume camp with several skill development opportunities.

Camp Dates

Arrival- 12-12:30 Thursday June 25 at Highlands Nordic

Pick up-12:30-1 Sunday June 28 at Highlands Nordic


Housing will be a combination of farmhouse and Woolner house at Highlands Nordic. All participants should bring a sleeping bag, pillow and camping mattress (mattress may only be required in a few cases but better to come prepared).

Space for tenting can be made available as well for those inclined to be more out of doors.

Meals will be cooked and served by Highlands OCup parent staff. The Highlands Nordic chalet will be the dining hall for the duration of the camp. All participants will pitch in with clean up.

Kelly and staff will have the pro-shop open on the Thursday during arrival. The shop has several roller ski specific items and clothing. Kelly can also have roller ski parts ordered ahead of time should you need.
