  • SOD Team Training Camp Update - The 2016/2017 SOD team attended a fall training camp on October 30, 2016 at Highlands Nordic.  This SOD team camp was organized and lead by coach, Shelby Dickey.  14 of the 17 SOD team athletes were able to attend.  The camp involved a mix of intensity workouts, roller ski drills/technique work, stretching/yoga, and other educational activities such as goal setting.  “The camp was really helpful and fun”.
